Privacy Policy

𝕏 Goals — Privacy Policy

Effective: September 3, 2026

𝕏 Goals is a Chrome extension that helps you track daily reply and posting goals plus verified-follower milestones from your own X (Twitter) analytics page. This policy explains what the extension does with data.

Short version

𝕏 Goals does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of your data. Everything it reads stays inside your browser. There is no account, no server, no analytics, and no advertising SDK.

What the extension reads

When you open the extension or on the poll interval you set, it opens (or reuses) x.com/i/account_analytics in a background tab — the analytics page of the X account you are logged into — and reads counters shown there:

This is your own account data, shown to you by X on your own analytics page. The extension has host access to x.com and twitter.com solely so it can read that page for you.

Where data is stored

Your goal settings and the most recently read counters are stored locally on your device using Chrome's chrome.storage.local. This data never leaves your device and is cleared if you uninstall the extension.

What leaves your device

Nothing. The extension makes no network requests of its own. The only requests that occur are the normal ones X itself makes when its analytics page loads in the background tab. No data is sent to the developer or any third party.

Permissions

Children

The extension is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
